When the creative minds over at Struck knocked on our big barn doors we had no idea what they had in store for us, but figured we were in for a treat. They are known for thinking big and demanding the very best from every video they produce, which are two of our favorite traits in any client.
Their latest Utah Office of Tourism spot was to be shot on a giant, moving set inside a studio, with the entire commercial being shot in one take. Our job involved removal of film equipment from the shot (dollies, c-stands, wires etc.) replacing concrete with snow, introducing digital snowfall and color grading everything to match Utah’s beautiful landscapes. Post production galore!
It was an ambitious project, to say the least, and we’re pleased to have had a part in what turned out to be an incredibly beautiful and very fun video.
